From every human being there rises a light that reaches straight to heaven. And when two souls that are destined to be together find each other, their streams of light flow together, and a single brighter light goes forth from their united being. ~ by Unknown ~

 Evermore

Silently facing another
Softly touching our hands
Looking upon eyes that are knowing
Lifetimes in which we have had

Filled with your gentle breezes
Caressed with your words of love
Beckons to take in our refuge
Fertile valleys our sanctified love

Eyes cool as refreshing waters
Mirrors reflect back unto me
As orphans who finally found
destined for always to be

For what has been found is so beautiful
And it also becomes ever true
Hearts to be felt with each other
And to only say how I love you

Voices long to be heard every moment
And also to be felt every day
For you are my joys never absent
Never out of my head always stays

I exhale the pain that’s within me
Only to breathe in your light
Hearts beholding another
Every day and also each night

Arms wrapped around each other tightly
Never wanting to ever let go
Soft lips to be kissed and so cherished
With our touch that we both surely know

Knowing our searches are over
For dreams that both have been found
Seen once in wee eyes of mind knowing
Waiting years, but now we each found

For all the dreams have been answered
All wishes we thought have come true
Never to think for a moment
Or to even a moment construe

Arms wrapped around one another
So close that two souls can now be
Like puzzle that fits all together
Smooth as the shiny glass sea

Bright blue eyes now that behold me
So beautiful those crystalline seas
For none of this kind ever held me
Like none that I have ever seen

Not once ere a moment of anger
Nor a moment of strife ere be heard
But only your wish in this world
For one that you call your sweet bird

For loners both were ever always
But not for each other no more
The travel aloneness is over
Together now and evermore

Beautiful, breathtaking only one who would know this feeling could write of such beauty.

I bow and tip my hat to you dear Lily

A poem of tender togetherness that so few achieve. It makes me think about why most marriages end when they began so beautifully.

Like Budd says Lily, you speak of a very special love one only two can know. I had it with my husband.

The above two passages especially hold true meaning, but unfortunately suffer untold pressure in their survival, given the outside forces of reality that continually gain negative momentum exponentially. Would that our outside lives could live by our inside-life appreciation.

I'd rather travel this life alone,
Through the stresses & strifes I'd roam,
Only to call my ocean shore home...

Super poetry with unified love and heartbeats beating as one.

To truly capture this moment and fulfill it with everlasting togetherness and devotion is a rare thing in this mad, dash here, dash over there, world of ours, so it is extra special to have the gem of a thing called reciprocal love.
