Immortals & Exiles.

i.

Marija Gimbutas.

dream of a woman,
how could she be unequal born,
she who had history rewritten,
she who had already been.

ii.

on waters, a bone
inscribes dawn´s creation.
meander motiff

zig zag on wings
aethernyx, ibis beak & eye,
ithcus fin, python

spawn on waters, its colours,
earth, sky born rent asunder
from embrace to ice & fire.

a neolithic figurine,
many were the hands that held
its motiff for a mask.
