We learn as we live,it takes time to learn to live right

When we are born, the cord is shorn
And before long we begin to adorn

We grow and grow and begin to know
More and more about this grand show

We sense, we feel, we look, we see
But alas, we discover it's most about me

The incoming signals from things all around
Must process aright or we are not sound

So many things and pleasing to touch
Sometimes the intensity becomes a bit much

Interpretation increases with age
For our lives unfold, page after page

We finally learn it's important to give
And that it takes a lifetime to live

Spiritually Inclined
