|Oh yeah, Black Jack, Smarties, Necco, Jaw breakers, Wax lips, Wax bottles with sugar water, Fleer Bubble gum with comics! Double bubble, never as good. BIG tootsie rolls, Bazooka Joe and his famous turtleneck face. Hiding cavities? Sugar filled straws - forget the name. Dum Dums, Safety lollipops on a string, milk duds, Boston Baked Beans, Tootsie Roll pops, root beer barrels. I used to have a sweet tooth. Now they are all porcelain. Doesn't affect my beer tooth though. Patrick|

|Alas, I still devour it, but penny candy now costs a big buck. And you've reminded me of another Yogi Berra quote: "A nickel ain't worth a dime anymore!"|

Well my ass ain't too fat, maybe yours, but I so know where you coming from with this write...today they dose kids with ADHD drugs, then it was candy, candy & more candy & sugary soda's & other drinks along the same lines...we were taught that if we wanted to feel better we should eat more sugar...oh well, if you make it to be old, like you (LOL), we should supposedly live & learn...Ed

|Tom, How timely and funny. Loved the memories and the humorous chocolate rabbits. Lol. You tickle me with this one. Oh and Apple flavor Jolly Ranchers. Remember my sister holding my hand and walking down the sandy side of the road in Atlanta going to the old country store in Atlanta, Georgia to buy from the old lady chewing snuff and spitting it into the old tin cam with tomatoes on the label.
