The Power is off,

so is the coffee pot,

no microwave to heat

last nights pizza.

No lights to see,

no computer

or  TV.

The power is off

and

I am

Powerless

No Coffee? No computer? No Air conditioning? How would I ever survive? Not sure I could. Thats why I have portable generator, for just such situations... Hang in there girl. Dick

We humans are at our worst when have no 'power' somehow we thirst for continued control, especially when it means no coffee.

Cheers,

Hah! That just about say it these days. When the power is off people, myself included, go into a mild panic mode, and escalates when the power is STILL off twelve hours later. Try living through eighteen days in the middle of summer after a hurricane has ripped your world apart. On second thought, don't try it.
