Today is my last day on AD, so I want to leave you with something sweet. I need to focus my attention elsewhere at this time, especially with some family members.
You are all amazing- and if life brings me back here- I hope it is with gifts.

Sweet On You.

Sweet on you is all I want to be-

Just flowers on your doorstep now and then.

Reminders of how much you mean to me.

A quiet ride compared to other men.

Candlelight is all I burn for you,

No raging fire that goes to four alarms.

But sometimes even candlelight will do-

The soft sweet glow of love's more precious charms.

Chase your dreams and let me hold your smile

In memories that soothe a silent soul,

And know that someone loves you all the while

And couldn't be more happy for the role.

You have a lot of friends here who will miss you. I can imagine you are busy, though, and wish you health and happiness always.

Candlelight is something I don't get to see very often. I can't have any matches around because of my son. I had a four alarm fire in my yard the other day. I have to say, though, the tykes that did it sure did a good job getting rid of the weeds. And the fire did a great job of weeding out which neighbors are truly going to be friends. Anyway, you were a fireman so I thought you might like to know.
Blessings,
Christine
