Exquisite, Chanti! And, so 'viable'! I think sight is extremely precious.
The new word of hope is eye surgery, me too, cataracts! Everything looks gray. And the needle? Ouch, can't wait! How are you, now?
I'm afraid of eye surgery, I've never seen a Redwood tree.

For when I’ve kept a grip
on the stuff that I called dear
I found instead I lost it all
and had to face the fear
I find these verses particularly meaningful, Chanti. I do hope and pray that all comes out well for you. Love and sincere best wishes,

Dear Chanti,
I believe that the American Natives had it right ... we own nothing. Let us take our fill of the stream and then allow other travelers to partake of the same gifts that were created for all.

Chanti,
ouch. This line made me cringe..."when that needle strikes my eye". Don't worry 'bout it, just think what a blessing it will be able to see!!!!!!! You're in my prayers, hon.

| Chanti, I do understand. Though I have worn glasses all my life at 45 my right eye had developed the same due to medication, five years later the left. I know that someday the film behind will have to be lasered out but I know what that misty sight is like. Good luck and you will be fine. Lady J |

| Baby, I am so sorry to hear of your sight problems. Gutted, in fact. And yet, in characteristic Chanti style, you seek only to count your blessings and to pursue faithfulness and positivity and making good out of bad. You have such a serene soul, Chanti, and your example is awesome. You have found the unshakeable secret, the Truth of which you cannot be robbed. You do exude such inner poise and grace that we can be sure that, whatever life throws at you, you will always arise and overcome, your shining soul and gorgeous beauty of face, faith and stature even more robust and shining. God be with you and all charged with your care. You are a peace-bringer and your strength and calm is positively angelic. With love and prayers, Kate xx |
