The end result of passion in a Sterile society

I felt too much; the passion overwhelmed your sense of propriety.
Now you are gone.

Past ghosts overwhelmed, and you sensed my anxiety.
Now you are gone.

I will treasure the time I had with you;
and understand your need to leave.

It is not my waterloo;
but a time of loss indeed

Be well, live a joyous life.
I am here if you need me.
