The whole world's crying a sad lonely tune,
where despair and anger anchor its way into the channels of our mind ...

We weep and wait until all the tears are gone,
and sit by the wayside in gloom.

To hear the children shrieking I could not bear,
although the simpleness of the complexity made me fear ...
that into the midnight deepness
those fearless whisperings I would not hear.

There is a good share of the world that is pretty darn happy the 13 year stalemate is over. Pansy diplomacy sure didn't work. Not sure this will either, but at least it isn't a 'sit and wait' situation.

Heidi, lovely write of a sad subject. We can't close our eyes forever and we can't back down now. All we can do in pray for little reprocussions. Peace and Love to the World.
