I Ain't Mad

NOT A TRUE STORY

You took my precious heart
and tore it all apart
You played with my mind
And wasted all my time
But I ain't mad

You rode my emotions
Like a surfer on the ocean
Seeing me crying and sad
Seem to make your heart glad
But I ain't mad

When I reach for the next level
You react like the tasmanian devil
No love and no support
My plans you intentionally thwart
But I ain't mad

Constantly putting me down
Wait 'till we're in public then clown
Magnify all my mistakes
Instead of build-up you show hate
But I ain't mad

I gave all my love to you
Stuck by your side like glue
Did my best to maintain
Even though you stressed my brain
But I ain't mad

Gave all the love I had in me
Compromised so that we'd agree
I started loosing my self respect
And my girlfriends I'd neglect
But I ain't mad

You called my by those names
Treated love like it was a game
I put poison in your dinner
Now let's see who is the winner
BUT, I ain't mad

I really like you poetry! I wanna be like you in the poetry section. I only got about 10 poems under my belt right now, but eventually I'll get up there.
