They wait, they watch and then they pounce...

Feeling betrayed by invisible trust

Wandering streets searching for marks

A faced lined with character lines

Handsome deceit, rugged with time.

Hands like vice grips strong useful tools

Waiting, for the right job to do

Sizing you up like a precious jewel

He zeros in, his target is you.

Glimpses of the man he was

Adorn certain homes in picture form

Smiles so strained they seem to break

He took them to his special place.

Walk on egg shells, he'll teach you well

The air you breath is hot as hell

He shuns the rules, he makes his own

Obey or face the danger zone.

Love him, Ha, yeah at your own risk

He don't give a damn about you or him

Bear his children, if you dare

He'll take their lives like the Manson clan.

Don't be fooled, don't think "Your the one"

He'll love you right then tear out your heart

Confused and dazed you'll wonder why

That's if your lucky to survive.

Ignore and disbelieve if you please

He don't give a damn about anything

Oh, fellas if your feeling left out

If you think I'm hating on men, check this out...

There are women who are just the same

Love you down and play any game

Use you, chew you, spit you out

She don't give a damn just like her male counterpart...

There are many esoteric faces in this composition, and many more
clear pictures of "Stone Cold Pyscho's Soul" - like the
psychopathic, plutocratic and despotic.

I leave this Den with my treasure enriched, and a pleased soul
in gratitude and admiration for the author of
"Stone Cold Pyscho's Soul".

Well Zee, it seems you are well acquainted with this type of person.
When I read this type of poem, too ofen unfortunately,I often think of some lines from Oscar Wilde's "Ballad of Reading Gaol"
For each man kills the thing he loves,
by each let this be heard,
The coward does it with a kiss,
The brave man with a sword.

I think the one you are writing about is a kisser, isn't he?

You're right. But what can be done about it? Got to watch out always, for ourselves too. How close can a person really get to another?

So pleased to meet you, Mizzlady! I love your Bio and can fully relate to the things that make you "tick" that you expressed there. This is a rockin, rappin write it seems to me, with a strong sentiment and rhythm that beats to the raw energy of life. It speaks loud and speaks a truth. Powerful message, powerfully done! Wow! You really came to the point on this one. You surely have told the truth in this verse. We have to thank God that all men and all women are not like this though. There are good men and women, we just have to make wise choices. Excellent poem, Mizzlady Poetress.

BRAVO! Excellent!
I loved the way you put in there too that women are just as bad too.
I know all too many of these.. live and lived with too many too.
A powerful Poem of truth that I so hope you will get to at least the shelters and schools. Bravo!
