I taught you many things for life

Like riding bikes

To read and write

I wanted you to reach high goals

Drive new cars

A brand new home

I made sure you had the best

Designer clothes

Money to spend

I taught you family was everything

To say thank you

Good morals and to pray

Now I’m gone from this earth

You have attained

Material worth

The homes

The cars

The clothes

The cash

Ignoring family

Appreciating self

Immoral doctrine

You idolize well

Scattering tears

As you walk away

Forsaking all

That matter most

The lessons I taught you taken wrong.

Awesome, my daughter! And, sadly, too often true. And, sometimes, our motives as a parent are honorable but, perhaps, too much emphasis got put on the "success" of worldly things instead of "success" of spiritual matters. We do our best during a time when we didn't realize there really was a parent manual: the Holy Bible. Same for marriages, too.

As usual, you are a master poetess, my darling Zenith!

Much luv & hugs, MomB

These situations can happen to anyone and unfortunately you are not too aware until it is too late. All one can do is their best, that is all. Just heartbreaking when it happens to you.....

Sooo glad to read you again
Sad, we raise them the best right way we can
They either love self or let a partner turn
them against their own family like one of my
daughters did.
Who knows how our kids will turn out?
Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year Zenith
With love,
