O' heart you can smile in the hovering storms
you can sing your song today
And leap for joy in the hours of depair
Oh look, God's in the misty gray

So lift up your voice with a Holy praise
and play that tune of peace
And go and shout it on the mountain top
to him who did let it release

Go and gather all your torn down troubles
and cast them to the wind
Smile with the sun for the work is done
for God brought them to an end

Run through the thorns that once did prickle
and pick those rose's with glee
Then go and lay them on each pillow
for now your heart is free

O' tell the waters that had came so high
of certain things, that did overflow
But now clap your hands with an open joy
as God lets his power show

O' feet's dance with the rain filled problems
that once did pour upon your soul
That finally you can laugh with the clouds
for they no longer can hold

From the things that God's word did promise
that he will let spring down
O' heart just wait, for the wise sender
in what he will send around

For we know that joy comes in the morning
after all that has been done
But it is time for the breakthrough
so look up and laugh with the sun

Now we can't stop things from happening
but as of this moment, we rejoice
And take this song that God allow to come
and accept it as being his voice
