I knew the mercy and goodness of God but yet I turned my back on Him. Till one day i realised I was like a prodigal and needed to get back. There is no other place where anyone could be completely satisfied but in Jesus.

Feelings deep inside prompt me to write songs,
Songs of brokenness and all that my heart longs.
Hopes and dreams once close, now so far away,
Lord give me strength to live each single day.
I could allow ‘self to roll in pity,
But Lord not with You by me,
I choose to be strong in You,
To praise You in all I do.

Without Your love, I'd be dead,
Please comfort me like You said.
Sorry for times I didn’t heed Your voice,
Sorry for making my own wrong choice.
In your mercy forgive me,
Redeem me, set me free.
