once in a while i fall on my face sorry for bringing you down now and again i have problems my confidence crippled hiding behind the happiness known once in a while my mind fails now the fear is returning i try to be strong by keeping you proud sorry i brought you down ugly inside and everything hurts the pain i can take but im stabbing you now im lost and depressed asking for help, needing it from you try to be sane by keeping me laughing my mind is gaining control

and with control comes freedom - from fear and loneliness. You've diagnosed the problem and I'm sure the cure is right in front of you, this poem says it in so many words! :-)
