I felt numb, felt ill, felt trapped
But didn’t care
I felt my heart race, heart skip, heart hurt
But didn’t care
I couldn’t feel my arm, couldn’t feel my legs, couldn’t feel my face
But I didn’t care
I felt myself falling, felt myself hurting, felt myself screaming
But didn’t care
I wanted to be happy, to be good, to be sane
But didn’t care
Didn’t care if I die, didn’t care if I lived, only cared to be good, to be sane
But didn’t really care
I am selfish, I am stupid, so very foolish
But didn’t care
Well took to much, so much that it made me care, even got me a bit scared
But didn’t die, if I died
I wouldn’t care
