“Have done my part,
My car’s filled & parked,
My territory now marked…”

Yet another frantic telephone call
From our Ma, hours before dawn
“Pee Wee, did you watch the news?
Look what’s on your brother’s lawn!
“Last time, he was snow blowing - nude,
Now, he’s been marking his territory;
Why does your brother do this to me?
Every time it snows now, another story.”
“Aw Ma, I really can’t be held responsible,
For the things done by the old Jersey Devil;
He wrote a poem, about marking his territory,
It’s a shame he just didn’t bury it with a shovel.
“I think he was really worried about the wild critters,
He didn’t want them comin around, stealin his food;
So just try to hang in there, Ma, and don’t watch TV,
And have a glass of wine, it’ll put you in a better mood.”
“Oh, I guess you’re right again, dear Pee Wee,
I better wait until Spring, to watch any more TV.”
