Avoid me if you want to
I'm in hiding, frying bananas
at a humanity farm for an aunt
who doesn't have a place to live.

I don't have tools to build her a house
but found a cave, it's shelter and a roof.
Of course there was this zealot person
with a long black beard and spider teeth.

He told me things aren't well
to go to hell and a handbasket
so I had this woman crossstitch me
a wicker one like a bed roll.

I sleep under the stars
waiting for the other shoe to drop
like a bomb on my property
that's nothing but a sandhill
surrounded by pine trees.

The big bang should really create a stir
the cavern like shelter will be a perfect bunker
when the brakes come loose and the nukes go off.
I don't want to live on a beach either.

Them waves are huge and I can't afford the insurance.
Anyone know where I can get a sofa and fountain cheap?
