I didn't vote for President Obama. Gotta be honest. But: he is my Commander in Chief, and do pray for him to do right by our nation. For all of U.S. Not just the rich, but all of our citizens. Especially our Veterans, who give us the right to be free, to vote. Amen? An excellent write of anticipation and I hope, government FOR the people, BY the people. Well done.

I think given time he will be able to conquer the divisive nature of American politics. These will be lean and hard years for quite some time but Barack Obama has given us all something we haven't had in many years. He's given us hope. Very nice poem

| My deceased hubby Tom loved the colors of red white and blue and was very patriotic. I just wonder and so does my Doctor what he would of thought of Obama. Tom really died Aug 17 07 and did not see much of the election coverage and before things. I know he woud of felt honored to be able to vote for Obama though had he lived for that day. |

As a Canadian I enjoyed this write as it shows the enthusiasm of all of the American people, of course there will be dissenters no matter who is in power but... the majority have spoken and spoken loud and clear in favor of unity once and for all. Great write Jason.

NO KIDDING! SAY IT LOUD! SAY IT PROUD!
Upgrade the RED, WHITE and BLUE, that we once knew
bring that focus "WE" all need
into full view
Obama has the faith in it
we need to along his side
This journey is also our ride!
UNITY is the answer
as we come together
leave the "ME" out of it
and the "US" our new pulpit!
