Could it be selective hearing........

We ignore them
Though we know they’re there
We never listen
We wouldn’t dare
Lending no ear
Hidden behind fear
Hearing no words
Of the
Voices unheard

Too busy
Our clatter
Nothing else really matters
Many needless words
To hear them
The
Voices unheard

Wonder what they would utter
Wondering to one another
Understanding not the
The words
Of the
Voices unheard

Living side by side
Each one to the other denied
Two parallel words
Voices unheard

Keep writing such sentimental poetry. You are well like I can tell from your feedbacks. Have to read all your poems to be satisfied and go on living. Thanks for sharing your life and thoughts with me and others. Truly an angel you are.

Very nicely written Mister. And yes, it so often true, that we fail to listen to the voices unheard. May the Lord Jesus bless you, and those whom you love, and be with you always, and at your side constantly. With much love in my heart, stubborn to a fault, joy to the world, peace on earth, & ((((((((((MANY WONDERFUL SISTERLY HUGGGGSSSS)))))))))), your little terrified sister, Barbie
