As I lay sleeping...rain was dancing in my head.
Was I on that Roman street...in misty love on such
a rainy night with no umbrella...or just wasted dew
drops on my pillow case.

My imagination begins to bedazzle my senses,
dancing in rapture...no longer pausing to wonder.

Lending me to the mysteries of the rain. letting
it unclog my mind...a profusion of cleansing,
if you will...gleeful expectations flooding my
future, ever so wide awake...no umbrella to take.

Awakening...realizing it had been raining where I had
been ~ just the mystic of You remained  ~  alluring,
dancing fire still in my eyes ~ and the auspice of your
sensual fragrance lingering on my red satin sheets.

~I Had chosen To dance~

Always to dance... no umbrella needed. And red sheets of fire and romance to add to the memory. Penned by the mighty hand of Lady Vivian. Lady Joy Hale

And you had better have chosen to dance, M'Lady, you had darn well better. Your poems are always so intimate and informational. Love the way you write.
