| Some nice poetic touches in this, clear word pictures, neat narrative, alliteration etc. I liked that leaf of faith pun best of all. |

Everlasting expressions are those that created movement of emotions from within, and changed all whom you touched. As the brown leaves flutter to the ground, come spring the season of birth, the tree will be stronger, and one star in the heavens,
will shine brighter.

In a leafy motif her words
smile across eons of time
green with life's gust,
ripe with a luster of riches,
rare as a zephyr in winter
from "beyond the clouds"...
Love that last image,
but only slightly more than the rest...
Wonderful poem, dear Vivian.

Intensely reflective look back on life as it compares to nature and what is nature if not life itself. Nicely done.

| Wonderful cohesion within the framework of this one,Vivian. The leaves are your barometer it seems to me, and always the green leaf to celebrate your glorious life, until, of course even it turns brown. Fantastic poetry, even better than usual. |

Your poem has a sense of yearning to it. A hopefulness that the green leaves will last a long time and that the coming of autumn will be warm and mild until the last leaf turns. There is peace and solitude too, welcoming the days to come.
