Preserving American Integrity

"In the first place, we should
insist that if the immigrant
who  comes here in good faith
becomes an American and
assimilates himself to us, he
shall be treated on an exact
equality with everyone else,
for it is an outrage to
discriminate against any such
man because of creed, or
birthplace, or origin. But this
is predicated upon the person's
becoming in every facet an
American, and nothing but an
American...There can be no
divided allegiance here. Any
man who says he is an American,
but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room
for but one flag, the American
flag... We have room for but
one language here, and that is
the English language..And we
have room for but one sole
loyalty and that is a loyalty to
the American people."
Theodore Roosevelt 1907
**************************
I don't normally post any
politics, but I felt compelled
to print this Powerful speech
that very much still applies
to today...I am an American

and I approve this message!

Let's get back to the basics..

Power to the people to make
it happen!

Just think. If we become a truly free and strong America again, how much the press will have to write about then, and it will be true! God bless America and all who love her! Be well and be red, white and blue, Kathy

I say hell yes, Vivian. I sincerely hope that this coming November will usher in a new way of thinking. I'm not so naive as to think it will be easy even if Hussein is defeated. The news media will still be against the idea of a free and strong America. But we need to take the first step and that first step is to remove the man out of the office of the presidency.
