With a vision

he sent his son from heaven

ever mindful of

the plight of man

He gave so willingly

knowing full well

the price he paid

for mortal man

he was sent to save

He was born of a virgin

into a world full

of sin

born in a stable

because there was

no room in the inn

Wise men came

bearing gifts

myrrh, gold and frankincense

They worshiped him

knowing it was the

king that was sent

He was named Jesus

because he would save

his people from their sin

It was already guaranteed

in this Satan

could not win

For whom ever asked

those that knocked

the door was opened

and whom ever sought

his mercy knew no bounds

They took this savior

and mocked his name

and nailed him to

a cross of shame

He was tried and convicted

no sins had he

He chose to die on that cross

for you and me

They thought it was over

but it had just begun

three days later he arose

with the sun

He arose into heaven

on the right hand

of his father

he sits

Waiting for the day

the trumpets will blow

leading his chosen

to their heavenly home

all the rest

will live down below

He made his choice

many years ago

now its on us

to decide where we will go

In my poetry I try to continually remind men the world we are strengthen, and empowered by our knowledge, and relationship with the lord. It's a daily walk, and war that can be very uncomfortable at times. And though we are often reminded of the dark and dreary days. We still never seem to fail in begining better people through it. Thank you so much for being an inspiration and light. And thank you so very much for being born.

May God bless you, and all those who thought it would be good to agree with your glorious tribute to Jesus Christ. Amen!

What patience the Lord has for us that He bears our sins time and again. Knowing His grace will save us if we but come back to Him.
