A Terrible Death

This is a poem i did not write! I feel very strongly about what this poem is talking about!

She breaks into a gallop,
as she starts to pick up speed.
She knows what's ahead of her,
no it does not please.

She wonders why this is happening
and what she's ever done,
rather than giving her owners many pleasure runs.
She sees the trailer coming fast,
and knows what's gonna be done.

She hears her owners calling her, but does not want to come.
She fights at first, but then gives in.
She loads into the trailer with ease
for she is only out to please.
Off she goes to meet her sudden death.
They drive for hourse across the land,
she wishes the ride would never end.
As they come around the last few bends,
she realizes her life will soon come to and end.
She charges out of the trailer, and follows into the stall
and sees the man standing tall.
She hears the crack and lands on the ground
She's lifted up and hung upside down.
She feels a sharp tickle at her neck
and feels the blood drip down her back
She takes her last breath...

and to think her last thoughts were of YOU!
