i pause hand on the knob knowing what awaits i lift my eyes blinking tears away don’t let me be the fool lose my cool please help me thru this day extra care here and there confidence growing replacing trepidation moments from now no one will know the flash of a smile firm shake of a hand mama’s got her game face on ~ 10.11.10
