i've been waiting not that you'd know counting the days marking the hours missing my friend his generous heart and winsome words filling my days with the mundane empty nights with longing waiting for his knock on my door the arms that i know enfolding sheltering until then i will wait patiently quietly certain of his return ~ 02.14.12
