A tantalizing tasteless truce,
asinine afflicting an abuse.
Yonder of the yellowing years,
into faceless, flustered fears.
Dulled, dreadful demise,
lusting liabilities lies.
Stolen, shattered shards,
brazen bastardly bards.
Severed, separated sheets,
pampered papered pleats.
Proses poised in proof,
aspiring author aloof.
Writes, whistles and woes,
a shallow statue he shows.
doubting dexterous dares,
a wandering wallow he wears.
Thoughts trickle in time,
writing reluctant rhymes.
A smokey shell surrounds,
this writers selfish sounds.
A tedious truce to tease,
pressing publishers to please.
Shaken, shoddy chivalry,
master of words in me.
