My feelings for you are hard to describe,
As I’ve kept them locked deep down inside.
I’ll try to tell you the best I can,
How much, in love, with you I am.
How can I say that’s it’s you I see,
And not the cover or celebrity.
My passion for you is very strong,
And I sense together we belong.
I try to tell you what’s on my mind,
But I’m not foolish or love blind.
I feel your presence in my soul,
And to be with you- a wonderful goal.
My heart quivers at your very name,
I wonder if yours does the same.
Just thinking of you makes me start to shake,
Then my heart really begins to ache.
Happiness beckons just a touch away,
I wait for you each and every day.
And while I do I’ll tell you the best I can,
How much, in love, with you I am.
