poem is too real...

|Sometimes we do things we regret, but it's done, and we cannot take it back, so we must learn to live with our actions, and learn from them and take the consequences that they present...
This is a very beautiful poem, so full of metaphors and mind thinking phrases.
another fine poem, my friend.
Much peace, love and light,

|I like the way you put it! Even with sadness I notice the focus is on the flower kind of like that flower now matter how you look at it is a pretty flower. I'm sure the flower you speak of spread her seeds all over the place. You're probably surrounded by that flower's clones!

|Love this poem, it has so much weight in so few lines. We always want instant gratification of the "now" - forgetting to cherish the present, and then it's gone. Wonderful poem.|

|It is our nature Jerry, I believe we act on things to see if they spring back. Children often do this not knowing once something is done it's done. My young son at the age of 3 crushed a poor little gerbil to death squeezing it. He had no idea the poor thing would die.
But as adults I think that age old "if" happens often to us. If this or if that, or why did I do that... "if only" I can change what happened. What happens.. happens and we learn :)
Great this is something that asks all about all the "ifs"

|How many times in our lives have we spoken the word "if".
How many rash deeds have we committed without thinking. Deeds we later, but always to late, regret.
A great eye opener Jerry, let's think before we act.
