It is not always that two people fall in love at the same time.
|
Love is not a game played by standard rules
it knows no format, calendar or clock.
Will not convienently bend to ones whim
ands never the same at different times.
So when two people, not expecting love
meet, feel and collide with it head on.
The only true hope of one not getting hurt
as if they both arrive at the same time.
We have met my love and felt its passion
I have arrived and but stand here waiting.
I'll not leave, just because you move slowly
for I live in hope that you will arrive.
