Two + Love + Trust = One

Youth had passed before they could meet
but then they wondered into each.
Sharing a caring never known
now thier shared love is new to both.
Talks of the past, stories told
dreams of a future yet to come.
They sit holding along the beach
laughing at jokes only they share.

With growing love comes unkown trust
and demons of past start to leave.
As trust grows a new seed takes hold
at first untold a passion grows.
Later vows of love are exchanged
then the two truly become same.
Passion tender and sweet loving
closeness seals them into the
one.

Give me hope that at this late stage in life I will find love again. Beautiful poem.

A beautiful peek into the lives of two people as they learn of one another, learn to trust each other and ultimately join their lives together. Lovely, sentimental words as "closeness seals them as one."

THE GIFT OF 'SILVER LOVE' DOES NOT HAVE TO WEATHER THE STORMS OF NEGLECT, MALNOURISHMENT AND REJECTION. NO...'SILVER LOVE' COMES COMPLETELY YIELDED, SUBJECTIVE AND FULL OF WISDOM...READY TO BE ENJOYED AND TREASURED AS IT SHOULD BE. WITHOUT THE CLAMOR OF CARELESS MISTAKES AND STUPID HANDLING...IT MESHES, ENTWINES AND BLENDS, SO TENDERLY AND PASSIONATELY, TWO SURRENDERED HEARTS, MINDS, SOULS AND BODIES...INTO ONE. BUDD...YOU ALWAYS LEAD ME DOWN THIS ROAD, BUT ITS ALRIGHT...I ENJOY IT. THANKS FOR SHARING. LOVE, BLESSINGS AND FAITH...JOYCE * HIS INSPIRATIONS

Oh, if only it were this simple, and quite, frankly, this beautiful. Stats seem to get worse, however, with far too many willing to dream the dream, but not walk that takes-a-lotta-work-walk. Well done.

Empyreal reading with a deeply woven meaning. You bring romance to the fireplace with unending love in your words. Tender are your images. A unique, well thought out title to match. Beautiful Budd.. Beautiful..

I agree with Jerry, it is beautiful.
Such lovely views, past demons buried
and visions to be shared as well.

Simply lovely

I hope this is factual poetry, Budd, but if it isn't it is still a fantastic told poem. You dug down deep and came up with a wonderful title too. This is a special one, my friend.
