Butterfly request is a dedication poem for my life long friend. It is a poem of hope for all cancer patients fighting this disease.

                            Butterfly Request

On the cover you will see

A butterfly for my lifelong friend, Lori.

A sign of hope for all to see.

She said,"I am sorry. I will not be

With you till the end."

The Lord is going to take me home early.

But, I will always be your friend.

So, please, put a butterfly on the cover

So you will remember me.

A sign of hope for all the world to see

That, someday, there will be a cure for

Cancer. People will not have to leave

Their friends and family.
