For the first time in years, I've completed my corporate tax accounting without numerous deadline extensions. For that I have my Honey Bunny to thank. The following is the gist of my feelings about tax accounting in general:

Taxes, Phalli, and the Banker
By Scott D. Zachary Copyright 2004
The entrepreneur slings His mighty sword; The tax man sings A note of concord.
The entrepreneur diligently nibbles At his hard-earned score. The tax man quibbles; What went to the other shore?
The entrepreneur raises the stakes, Giving way to embolden the banker. The tax man takes Like a phallic wanker.

| Yes, Scott, I can feel your frustration with tax. There isn't much heroism in the wide field of tax collection. Wasn't it President Franklin, who said: "There are only two certain things, death and tax." I don't love accountants, particularly when they run my business. Franz |

| A phallic wanker, I freakin' love it, I wish I thought of that combination, I could have used that for a poem of some kind, that is so funny, I wont but it is really cool nonetheless...the whole little diddy was fun as well, you have excellent sense of humor; you should write more humor...enjoyed, Peace thru Friendship, Ed *&* Rufuz (AkA, Woofie) |
