Ed’s Zoomer

By Scott D. Zachary
Copyright 2004

Since this is my buddy Ed’s big FIVE-O,
I decided to buy him a brand-new Hummer.
The dealer said "No" when I asked him to drop one zero;
Slumping my shoulders, I said, "What a bummer!"

I pleaded: "But this is for my favorite dickweed,
And he would be thrilled, indeed."
The dealer said, "Obviously, you can’t afford a Hummer;
Get him the next best thing—a Zoomer!"

So I gathered my pennies and went to the local Zoomer dealer;
I bought my friend something much better than a four-wheeler.
Rather than just rolling around on the earth,
Ed’s Zoomer will fly like the wind upon the anniversary of his birth!

I don't care what a Zoomer is, if its free, I will take it, even from DW!

But I really would want a Hummer, instead...Hey Peace bro', Ed & Rufuz ("hey uncle Scott, will there be a side car for me, love rufuz")
