No Limits, Boundaries or Fears

If you have to put so much thought into love, maybe it's not Love at all?

I went in search of myself one day

On a weekend,  I went to play

In a small town up north

A new insight those days brought forth

Of the one person I want in my life

A friendship that has survived much strife

As for now,  our paths rarely cross

But it's a bridge we must all walk across

To see what lies on  the other side

Together,  would we be able to confide?

In one another,  without hesitation?

And open up our hearts,  with no reservation?

Would we be willing to honestly try?

Or would it all end,  in a sad good-bye?

All the questions running through my mind,  render no explanation

At this stage in my life,  it builds a mountain of grave frustration

So,  does the heart really know:  No Limits,  Boundaries,  or Fears?

Maybe the answers can be found behind those gentle hands....

that dry my tears!

Such a thoughtful about old friendship and renewal. Time heals many things and it mends friendships lost.
