Fun memories from the past, trying to remember the past just a bit...

Eddie M. . Twelve…

The good side:

Remembering swimming & surfing & rafting,

Remembering bikes & skateboards & drafting,

Remembering fights & school yard bullies,

Remembering kites in summer & in winter, woolies, (long undies)

Remembering bites from greenhead flies,

Remembering sites on vacations,

Remembering the lights in New York City at Christmas,

Remembering being slightly lost in the snow on the way home (dad would never admit)…

Mr. D. in 7th grade,

A man of few words, a teacher of many,

Boy could he ever throw an eraser with precision…

Mark & Eddie, two friends from that time,

Lien, and Bob, Greg & Dennis, such fun we had playing in the dunes,

Army men we were, we all had boats, used to do bat turns in those boats,

Never did we sink, never did we fall, we had such fun, and herein I quote…

So much can be expressed in so few words...one can 'see' your memories.

This was so cute Ed, sounds like lovely memories, I liked this:

Mr. D. in 7th grade,
A man of few words, a teacher of many,
Boy could he ever throw an eraser with precision…
