Be advised, I feel fine, these kinda writes just seem to flow every now and then...

Don’t want to my birth scorn,

My birth though just so much porn,

Around my head back then a halo was worn,

Perhaps though its make up was of the thorn…

Maybe my birth is why I like the blues,

Found it to be good with any kind of booze,

Could that be why I am in the state of bemuse,

Years and years of physical & sexual abuse,

Can only lead to my being in a state of confuse…

Dog tired I do feel,

Will I ever totally heal,

Before comes the time,

In front of the creator I kneel,

No longer then can I my pain conceal…

I can relate sometimes. I figure that my birth was the reason I ended up an only child. My folks screwed it up the first time, no point in bringing any more upon the world...

I recently read that pain + talent = genius. You claim to be fine, yet your creativity is definitely a step above most others...next time you get the blues, go diving! I don't think you'd have to sink too far before hitting more buried treasure!

Yes, I'm encouraging you to explore the Dark Side! Just don't set up camp!

Honey,

The best thing to do when you're feeling blue, or old, or useless, is write, write, write! Or take a nice long walk (with Rufus of course) on the beach, weather permitting. Or both. :) Yeah. Sounds good to me!

Sometimes the blues just gotta be exorcised, as you have demonstrated here, very effectively. Excellent, carthetic write, well penned.

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

Write on, it's best to do so when you are feeling bad (or good)! Besides it's free!

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :D

It is good therapy to write and thus share one's soul, Ed. You do it well. Thank you. Love and peace to you,
