A Spoiled Little Brat…

I hate seeing people getting out of some crime or another just because they are either rich or famous...they should pay just like any other...

...CAN'T DO THE TIME, DON'T DO THE CRIME...

The Hilton’s own a great deal,

They’ve got money they did not steal,

But when their daughter did commit a crime,

All of their money can’t get her out this time…

She cries like a baby trying to prey on the courts emotions,

But she apparently does not realize nor does she have any notions,

She is not getting out of her 23 day jail stay,

I salute the judge who did not allow her prominence,

To of his opinion and judgment be swayed…

Bullseye!!

Wonder what she would've doneif she had killed a child in that drunken state??

One law should be equal to ALL...I agree with Linda!!

i thought the sentence was originally 45 days and she could not qualify for a shorter sentence but somehow she will still get some type of preferenctial treatment. its just that way...

Ed,
I agree with you. It should not matter how much money a person makes, what matters is they are treated by the courts just like everyone else. She should pull her time. We would have too in her situation.

Many blessings,
~Linda

I agree my friend, one person who breaks the law...especially DUI is no different than any other person! I commend the judge who passed this sentence down, he may have helped to save her life as well as those lives of innocent bystanders...great write!
Blessings,
Joyce B.

I think it should be far longer than 23 friggin days.

Anybody else (white) will get no consideration, others, (black), will be thrown in jail faster that the proverbial bug on the windshield.
How many got their sentence from 45 to 23 days? How many were discharged for an alledgedly nervers breakdown because incarceration?
Put the spoiled bitch with the general population to serve the full 45 days so maybe she can see how the rest of the world everyday is.

Paris knows it's wrong to drink and drive. She
must think because of who she is she should get
away with it.
Paris should do her time just like any other folks.
I doubt if she will learn her lesson.
This jail time is just the tip of the iceberg.
What if next time she runs over someone and kills them
while drinking and driving?
I agree with you and Rufuz 100 per cent Ed...

A spoiled little brat she may be, ( In monetry terms) but methinks that she is just another typical result of overindulgence, with NO disclipline~~~ Everywhere you look these days, there are children or young adults causing strife or embarresment to themselves and others, or worse...because simply put...SPARE THE ROD, AND SPOIL THE CHILD.
That didn't mean beating the H out of children, ( before i get the anti abuse lobbies on me neck...Im a survivor of abuse and abhor it..
but I am not adverse to proper disclipline, that teaches children to respect others, and their property. This Girl, is the result of her parents shameful ways! I feel sorry for her actually, but at the end of the day, she will come out of resenting them for NOT chastising her...it was all this time a POUT for attention, in the love department. Love and disclipline go together, seperate them and you have dysfunctional kids plus!!!
Good one ED, but i fire at the crux of the matter, not the result of it.
:) Jail is a hard place to be, there is NO getting around that, it's darn horrible, even in confinement. You think those screws arent gonna get their little tricks in on the quiet, HA, she might be protected from the mainstream element, but believe me, she will know she's alive now, and no money nor influence can stop what goes on behind those closed doors, after hours!!
I just hope she comes out of it, a better person. She got the attention she craved, sadly all in one HIT!! I'd like to put the boot up the parents rear ends.
""Stepping down of soap box now" LOL

I agree Ed! I hate to see anyone go to jail, but it should at least be fair. As you say "can't do the time don't do the crime"!

We all agree
what's fair is fair
a law for one and all
but spare a thought
for a person caught
a poppy standing tall

Put wealth aside
in judgements made
and pleasure people gain
as they sneer and jeer
at Paris'fear
and snigger at her pain

She'll do her time
and so she should
as others have before her
so leave her be
it's not for me
to push the issue further
