Broken Hearted

I thought I found the love of my life

my soul mate.. i wanted to make my wife

I loved her with a love I had for no other

My friend, my confident, my lover

I would give my last to make sure she was whole

Fall back on my aggressiveness and giver her total control

Touch her with percissioin be sensual in touch

Fuck me up to know I loved her soo much

So I ask her hand in marriage.. to be my wife

It felt like a dagger when she denied me that life

Let's build she said and do what lovers do

Unfortunately, I can't give those words to you

Do I stay should I go.. shit I dont know

My heart yearns for her more than words I show

No commitment from her but she wants all the perks

Come on now ma.. that's not how this works

You love me and want me but you need them too

As bad as it hurts I will no longer play fool

When you learn there is no other like me

Who will love you and shield you from all misery

Then you will call, text, and stalk

Get word through my fam that we need to talk

Then and only then will u realize and see

That the best thing that ever happened to you

Was me..

flood your mind with thoughts of tomorrow and what it can bring...let the past go, when you can.

The very wonderfully written piece of love poetry. Unfortunately, if it is personal, the last line probably won't work.

Nicely penned, deeply felt, well done.
