The earth is a ball in this universe of ours We are still trying to figure out who built it As we gaze into the stars and ponder yonder Looking for that piece of the puzzel while God smiles. The best minds are working day and night To prove how we came into existence Or if there is other life out there that can help. We send rovers to mars to explore the unknown. And if we should find water or some forms of life Hurray, a part of the secret that life did exist or could So we hurry with new experiments And God still smiles at our weak attempts.

Actually, I think God is laughing too! He thinks we are hilarious...and well...we are! I believe he created all of the enigma out there so that we could explore, if you will, the vast place we call the universe! I also believe he's in control of what we will find out and what he will keep hidden. Great poem George! Thank you again, for your widsom! :-)

Hi George, I liked your poem. I firmly believe God created a perfect universe. It was man who spoilt it all. Just read history books (not only of the USA) and you will know.

We are weak in our attempts. But we must attempt them after all. For without going forward, we are sliding backward into old habits and old troubles that we should have left behind when we left the earth for the moon. Ron
