I write in lines, in separate rooms, sometimes

As I wander blank halls, follow disparate paths

Trails of spilled cabernet, I avoid glass paragraphs

Should I choose white, when I reach for the wine?

As I wander blank halls, follow disparate paths

I struggle with inspiration, instructive red moods

Should I choose white, when I reach for the wine?

Obsessed with brilliance, I sit down to brood

I struggle with inspiration, instructive red moods

Try to keep time with my heart’s desperate beat

Obsessed with brilliance, I sit down to brood

I’ve been here before; now, I win, or admit defeat

Try to keep time with my heart’s desperate beat

Trails of spilled cabernet, I avoid glass paragraphs

I’ve been here before; now, I win, or admit defeat

I write in lines, in separate rooms, sometimes

Glass Paragraphs pours the red, such a clarifying poem! Would not at all have the same taste if it were white wine...Glass Paragraphs is such a palatable poem with a pleasing bite! Decipher's very well, Kevin! In vino veritas...in wine there is truth!
