A short poem of appreciation for our wonderful flag.

The Flag of the United States,

Our beloved flag

Seen everywhere after the terrorism of 9/11

Cars, houses, and clothing

Now there are only three on our block

One of them is mine

I love our flag and proud to fly it

We have loaned three sons to the military

I salute our flag

For what it stands for

For the glory of Old Glory

This Flag Day of 2006

Our flag is a symbol of so much. It still waves prod and free. I think some of the fevor has gone away too........M
