From Acrophobia...

Go not near the cove
where this comely lass
lost her life -
for there is where her voice
resounds to whisper
like wind harps wavering
within a wayward wind

So be not
captivated beyond all measure
when she sings, remember
that time will lose itself
and life will fade away
like the fleeting foam
of wind swept waves

For she lost her life
in a blood stained tide
when blind her lover
wounded her beauty
with the grief
of unrequited love's refusal
to wear a glimmering ring

That now lies golden
upon the floor of time's
cold ocean of lost debris

Excellent choice of words 'blood stained tide'. JC
