not my usual stanza style, but oh well...this was written in about three minutes and is just one of those pure messages from within that i just didn't want to toy with by editing....

Pure energy in the air tonight, clearing my mind--

Opening my sight

No distractions, no worries, no mind, no reason to take to flight

Spirit washes over me and I'm energized, synergized, and can forget for a moment that everything's franchised

I close my eyes and reality bends, and I'm swirling amidst a world of light and vision sends.

I am here, there and everywhere - don't you know I'm hanging around, in your house, in your hair, your mind, and there are so few that I find that can be one with me and just unwind…

I've offered my hand, the choice is yours, take it and rise or be left behind with all that dies, for you must break all ties, forget all lies, take no piece of the pies…take the world by surprise, no time for sad goodbyes, we're out…

Out of time, out of here, ain't even gonna' shed a tear…who would for a world born of fear?

Isn't it all too clear?

No of course not, because you're blind. Blind to me, blind to you, blind to every simple truth, you can't be smooth and slide on through…

you have to throw back the cover you hide beneath, take a bite, sink your teeth, gnaw your way through the chains, forged from your own pains that you choose to hold onto…

Let 'em go. Just let 'em go…refuse to be bound, you are found, admit you're free and watch them turn to ash and scatter on the ground.

You are free to begin with…

Free to begin with!

Free to begin with!

The only one who imprisons you
