"Anytown, USA"
Oh this is one of the kindest writes I have seen.
Simply beautiful Pier, that is right Hon...you can send love
any type of way yes indeed. That is exactly what God wants us to do. All the ways that you have expressed in your wonderful words, how special that you would write such. Plain to see it comes from such a pure heart, never change, NEVER!
Of course pains will come and they will always go, through God and love that is certainly the best start. Futhermore, it is sad that people have turned cold. I enjoyed and loved all the words presented in your masterpiece. "Send all the love you can muster up
We are bone thirsty" so so true.
Keep that precious heart of yours warm and have a very blessed New Year.
SPIRITUAL HUGS AND LOVE,
From the Heart of an Artist Quiet Storm

Well, here's much love for you, Pier! And yes, you're right...too many of us, too many times, live bereft of true warmth.
Still, there's love to be found...friendliness does exist.
big hugs and all the best for 2007 to you!

Pier:
This is a good message. However, some relatives only know you if you were rich. If you were poor, they won't even acknowledge your gift when you send one, pretend that they don't know who sent it. When you send someone to bring the gifts over to them, same thing, they won't even acknowledge your gift, or that you actually exist.
These relatives of mine need to read this poemfor sure.

this work of yours provoked a great deal of thought my friend...for it touches on one of the oddities of this day and age...when keeping in touch with folks is so much easier than it was even in my life time.
and yet, it seems the easier it is for us to make contact, the further we have isolated ourselves.
An intriguing write...I will revisit this. |

This is so spot on, Pier, fear and apathy are the governing emotions these days and anger a basic part of most people's daily reality. When did we become so solitary? When did we forget about our brothers and sisters? When did we forget about love, peace, companionship and freedom? When....?
Take care,

You are soooooo right Pier. I live in a building that has about 1000 people living in it, and I know and talk to only a handful. Mostly in just passing by. I don't know my neighbors next door, or even across the street. It is so sad that people don't let their hearts tell them to love thy neighbor as thyself, and there are many who don't even love themselves. Not only America, but where is the world heading? Very well penned Pier, and thank you for sharing. Merry Christmas and a very happy New Year to you and yours. And here is an internet ((((((((((((HUGGGGGGG))))))))))).
May the Lord Jesus bless you, and those whom you love, and be with you always, and at your side constantly. With much love in my heart, joy to the world, peace on earth, & ((((((((((MANY WONDERFUL SISTERLY HUGGGGSSSS)))))))))), your little sister, Barbie

I'm still here. Get lonely at times. Feel put upon, too. Love many family members. Still have dozens of friends. But, we DO live too far apart, call too seldom, Don't write often enough.
I sincerely wish for you much of the love and visitations that are a part of our end-of-the-year Celebratios. After writing this work, you are surely deserving.
Universal Love to you and those important to you. - Bill

I was just talking about this same subject with my husband...It is so true, how we have all grown to keep to our own, but in doing so, there is so much more sadness and hurt in the world...
Great write~

We all need warmth and caring. Even if it is someone passing by, they can do so much with a smile. Sleepwalking through life can rob you of joy. Very nice job, Pier!
