Can a Corporation cry?
Can a Corporation see?
Can a Corporation feel?
Can a Corporation love?
Can a Corporation hate?
Can a Corporation think?
Can a Corporation smell?
Can a Corporation touch?
Can a Corporation laugh?

If a Corporation cannot cry, see, feel,
love, hate, think, smell, touch, laugh;
Then, a Corporation, is not capable of
physical sensation, nor any emotion...

What is the height of a Corporation?
What is the length of a Corporation?
What is the shape of a Corporation?
What is the weight of a Corporation?
What is the width of a Corporation?

If a Corporation, does not have any
physical attributes; Then, it doesn't
exist in either time... or in space...

If a Corporation is not capable of physical
sensation, nor any emotion; and it doesn't
exist, in either time... or in space; Then, a
Corporation cannot have a Soul... Thus, a
Corporation isn't a living or sentient being!

Neither can a Corporation vote in an election,
and yet; A Corporation has those very same
Constitutional Rights, that every Citizen has!

Is this some PARADOX of life? Or is this an
abstruse technical abuse of law, designed to
mystify and fleece the public, of all it's worth?

Gary.. point taken.. without those on the "front lines" there is no corporation.. they sometimes forget that.. and there's a reason they always seem to be drawn on paper looking like a pyramid.. yep. katy xox. p.s. but Ted isn't entirely wrong either... for, contrary to your poem, we do HOPE that the corporation will have, if nothing else human, some conscience! true? Sigh.. at least we HOPE this...(Ted's DOES.. or I wouldn't have mentioned it.. ) xox.

Huh? Profit is not always the result of Greed.
