Far from destiny

She is dwarfed

in swollen seas

dark and deep
an angry storm
crashes against her sides

She's breaking apart

underneath my feet

A violent ocean

rages in

The force of nature

tears her to pieces

got no choice

Abandon ship

in cold water

upsidedown, buried in waves

she can't carry me anymore

All alone in this torrid night

death is reaching

rising and falling

in waves of anguish

a simple truth

will save my life

hug that bouy

... and hope

someone out there

This one reminds me of my own poem "Life Boat".

But of course, now your life boat is missing and you're lost. Without the lifeboat, you are counting on others for your survival. Hope you'll be saved and will reach the shore very soon.

This is a poem of despair. Well-expressed!
