Poem is about meditation.
|
Meditation leads us to the profound silence, Where thought and breath are the same, Where there is a stillness of a thousand forests, Where we come in contact with our inner selves, Where healing, unity and wholeness take place From a deep feeling of nourishing relaxation, Where a sense of the divine is gained, And the present moment is experienced As filled with timelessness.

I loved this line, "Where there is a stillness of a thousand forests," I need to work on finding that stillness. It's seems like I always have to be doing something. Can't just sit back and relax
