I think you've probably got the hang of these! Mwah! Kate xx

ARTIST'S MODEL 4

He made them a fire.

She watched as the clothes
she had arrived in
went up in smoke:

Her stillborn past incinerated.

Instead, he wrapped her
in his own ample shirt,
which still bore
the fecund aura
of his muscular scent...

Nothing else was needed;
She was beginning to rise:

Aware that her slight physique
was starting to swell
like moistened grain,

She felt nurtured by his
freely-yielded masculinity;

Like a tender vine-dresser,
he was growing her at last
into the woman
she was destined to become.

Kate,
I want to stand in your shadow while you compose these monuments of poetry. Your use of license, word choice, placement, flow, and intent are all spot-on and as you might say, smashing! Resplendent in its style and content Kate! This is poetry to be admired by all!!! I really love and appreciate this bantam work.

Her stillborn past incinerated.

He was quite the sage artist - and this is yet another most captivating poem, Kate.

I agree with Anita, about the vicarious feel! You also
get so intimate that you make me feel almost voyeuristic;-)
Superb work Kate! Your artists are a bit Machiavelian ;-)
